Doc’s Market Place LLC operates VistaRush. This policy is part of the VistaRush Terms of Service.
What you can buy
- Coins: VistaRush’s virtual currency. You use coins to send gifts and tips, subscribe to creators and buy items in the VistaRush shop.
- Creator subscriptions: access to a creator’s subscriber-only content.
- Shop items: digital items and, where offered, physical items.
How you pay
- Coins: in the iPhone app, Apple processes the payment. In the Android app, Google Play does. On vistarush.com, Stripe does.
- Shop items on vistarush.com: by card through Stripe, or with coins.
- Gifts, tips and creator subscriptions are paid with coins you already have. They don’t charge a card.
- We never receive your full card number. We show the price, in money or in coins, before you pay.
- If you’re under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to your purchases. Only use a payment method with its owner’s permission.
Coins
- Coins are a limited licence to use features of VistaRush. They aren’t money, have no cash value, and can’t be sold, transferred to another account or exchanged for cash.
- Coins you buy don’t expire.
- Sending a gift or tip spends your coins straight away and is final.
- When an account is permanently deleted, or closed for breaking these Terms, the coins left in it aren’t refunded. Deleting your account has a waiting period, and you keep your coins if you cancel the deletion during it.
Creator subscriptions
- A creator subscription costs a set number of coins and gives you 30 days of access. It doesn’t renew automatically, so you’re only charged again if you subscribe again.
- You can cancel on your Subscriptions page on vistarush.com. Cancelling ends your access straight away, and unused days aren’t refunded.
All purchases are final
Except as described under “Refund exceptions”, or where Apple’s or Google’s rules or the law say otherwise, every purchase is final and non-refundable. That includes unused coins, gifts and tips you’ve sent, unused subscription days after you cancel, and purchases you’ve changed your mind about.
Refund exceptions
- Billing error: you were charged twice for the same purchase, or charged more than the price shown. We refund the extra amount.
- Not delivered: you paid but didn’t get the coins, subscription or item because of a problem on our side, and we can’t deliver it within a reasonable time. For a purchase made through Apple or Google, we fix this by delivering what you paid for; money refunds follow their rules.
- Unauthorized purchase: someone made the purchase without your permission, for example with a stolen card, and you tell us within 30 days of the charge. We may need to verify it.
- Creator removed: if we remove a creator you subscribe to, contact us and we’ll refund, in coins, the days of your 30 that you didn’t get.
- Physical items: an item that arrives damaged or faulty, or never arrives, is replaced or refunded.
- Your rights under the law: nothing in this policy takes away rights you have under the consumer law where you live that can’t be excluded.
Purchases made through Apple or Google
- Apple decides refunds for purchases made in the iPhone app. Ask at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- For purchases made in the Android app, ask through your Google Play order history, or contact us: we can refund eligible Google Play purchases.
- If a purchase is refunded or reversed, we may remove the coins, access or items it paid for.
How to ask for a refund
Email [email protected] within 30 days of the charge (for a physical item, within 30 days of when it arrived or should have arrived). Include your username, the date and amount, your receipt or order number, and which exception applies.
We reply within 3 business days. Approved card refunds go back to the original payment method; purchases paid with coins are refunded in coins. This deadline doesn’t shorten any rights you have with your bank, your card issuer, Apple or Google.
Disputes
You can always contact us first for help with a charge. If a charge is reversed after a dispute with your bank or card company, we may remove the coins, subscription or item it paid for.
Refunds and creators
If we refund or reverse a purchase that paid a creator, we may take back the creator’s share of it. Your refund doesn’t depend on that.
